Key frames question

Hello there (General Kenoby), I am new on wick and on animation in general and I would like to know what is the purpose of the key frames. I know it’s an important part but I am a bit lost.
Thanks in advance, I am a big fan of the site

Keyframes are the drawings that make up the animation. You see, animation consists of a very fast slideshow of drawings to give the illusion of movement. The longer the keyframe is, the longer the drawing will stay on screen. Good for when an object is still.

Yeah thanks, but what about that ? I have no clue of what it is

I would recommend viewing this official tutorial: http://wickeditor.com/index.html#tutorials/motion-tweens/index

It is a bit outdated but it will probably help you.

that you apply to a frame to tween that keyframe
