Healing Honey Potter details and stats.

NOTE: this is only to record the detail and stats for notifying the entire team.
This post MAY be ignored until much later in development due to the complexity of this enemy. this post serves as a stage for this enemy, these are not their confirmed characteristics

If you planning to code an bot for an enemy, please, start with Peonshe’s gonna be a good stepping stone for everyone.

Health: 80 (basic attacks do 10 at most)(takes 2 times dmg from any poisonous and/or high speed projectile)

Attack: projectile - spawning (arking), dmg: 0
FS: 2.5 seconds. Bs: 12 seconds

Speed: medium, slightly faster at lower health [flying]

Weight: low [flying]

Behaviour: honey potters fly/hover at a distance to any nearby enemies or fighters. They are a non- damaging cross supporting (meaning they can help both enemy and player) enemy that in particular, does NOT require to be defeated in order for a clear in the level/stage.

Honey potters will tend to stay above others and will try to stay away from platforms, walls and other hazards

Honey potters will choose the most damaged entity (both enemy or player) (in terms of percentage) to hang around.

After a small wind up period, they will fire a arking projectile that is to land on a platform and form a HEALING HONEY BLOB (hhb for later reference). HHBs are a unique obstacle that DO NOT physically obstruct any entity. Instead they inflict status effects on enties that pass through it. the final attribute is the ability to hit this obstacle into other enemies using a melee swing, you’ll see why you would in a bit.

The HHb has special properties based on what comes into contact with it. If the player comes into contact with it they will heal for [__]% of their hp BUT will be inflict “[NAME OF AFFECT]” (enemies will be more aggressive for x amount of seconds) as well as a 35% dmg VULNERABILITY.

this is intended to give a player who is in need of heal the option to heal but then have to get good outskill the new challenge given to them OR have to deal with losing out health and staying in danger.

however the player is also given the opportunity to weaponize this healing.
when these HBBs are ignored enemies will naturally seek out them when at 30% or lower health and heal for [__]% of their health. however, if the player is in the position to, they can take a swing at the HHb and launch at enemies to create a small burst of healing to all entities caught in the blast of [__]% and giving them slightly more “daring” behavior BUT giving them a 40%(?) dmg venerability.

Should we make the healing high or low? The lower, the harder.

If you don’t like the change, just keep the download that you have. If you don’t like this idea, you can just send me a html or wick file so I can make suggestions.

That sounds good. I wasn’t trying to take control of your forum. Do you have a turning animation where you are facing one direction and you turn the other way?

Yeah, sounds interesting. I can make some concepts of his design.

Also would it be good to add a idle animation like a blink or a look around after standing too long?
