the solution is Hand Drawn animation with cells and paper and camera
every animator worst nightmare

You know what, you must resort to one of these two methods.
quick method
Tell her you can get paid by animating and even get hired by big animation studios, and that if you can’t improve your animation skills you might never get a good job in the animation field. Also most animators and animation studios are all using digital animation softwares.
long method
Just draw and make flip books and maybe after enough time, she might realize your passionate about your art and its not just about the drawing tablet.
