I don’t think BlockBench (a webapp designed specifically for minecraft and low poly models) is the best solution for general use.
Blender is definitely the best software for general 3D, but it will feel scary due to the thousands of menus and toggles inside the app.
Of course, anybody can fork the Blender source and make it simpler and prettier to use, but it requires some programming skills that nobody gets by creating scratch and wick games. I’m talking about systems development, memory management, data structures & algorithms (DSA), and many things the average joe who just coded an indie game using Godot/Unity/Unreal would know.
