How do i rig(not possible in wick Editor)

I need to rig a model for a movie im making off of my comic (10.7 KB)
Feel free to to read it if you want. Is it possible to rig in wick editor?

you cant rig unless u use synfig studio or opentoonz and there free btw but u have to download it
