Cobalt Jr. High (Draft)

 The tusked monster gazed over to the small person, it                                let out a yowl as they screamed. The monster charged at the person and grasped them in its jaws, scarfing down the person in one swift gulp.

“HEY!” Sunan yelled, the monster with large overgrown tusks made a low growl and turned to Sunan. Sunan looked at the beast face to face as it snorted, his hair kicked up and then went back down. His brown and green colored eyes were shown in the street-light. The monstrosity looked down on the boy, he gently lifted his hand to pet the beast, but it strayed away and growled, its wings protruding from its sides as large vast boney structure. It looked at Sunan for a moment before its gaze softened. The wind blew its fur and its hair. And the beast turned into a human-like creature, standing at about 9 feet tall, much shorter than the beast it used to be.

“Leave me alone.” Rugram said.

                                     Chapter 1

                        What Changed Me.

  The bell rangs, “Come on, Sunan!” Alina said “Coming.” said Sunan, looking over to Alina “We’re gonna be late to class hurry up!” Alina grumbled to Sunan. On the way to class, someone caught up to Sunan in the hall, “Oh hey Sunan!” Ade was there. “Hey Ade.” replied Sunan, “Long time no see, how are you?” he smiled at Ade, she smiled back. “I’m doing good.” She replied to him, then added “Hey, wanna go to the beach after school?” Ade said. She looked at Sunan, eager for an answer. She hoped it would be yes. Sunan thought about it. It would be a nice time at the beach and maybe they could invite the others. Finally Sunan replied, “Sure! Could Alina and Tumelo come too? We have to catch up.” Ade smiled. “Yeah sure Sunan, it’ll be fun!”

After school.

“Come on Sunan, let’s go to the beach”, said Ade.”Where are the others?” Sunan thought to himself “Here we are.” Said Tumelo, As Ade and the others ran to the beach there was a blinding green light, “Where are we?” Sunan said as a giant thundercloud formed, “Wait, didn’t this happen Yesterday..?” Sunan began to talk in a different language, confusing the other kids, they looked at him as he coughed and began speaking a totally different language than the weird one just before. “I-I’m just gonna go swim.” Ade said, ignoring everything and everyone. She went to go to the water and a large water-gateway opened for her. She looked into the water and saw the Jurassic time period. She fell over onto the sand, shocked by what she saw. Ade got up and walked away to them, also, ignoring that stuff in the ocean. “Let’s get out of here!” Sunan said “I’m with you said ade thoughtfully”
