Animating in 12 frames per secounds not that bad

i like animating in 24 frames per second because that is fastest humans can detect things without noticing a difference

A lot of people can tell the difference between 24 fps and 60 fps. The latter will have a slightly smoother feel to it. If you know what to look at, you can tell the difference.

i tried animating with 12 fps 20 fps and 24 fps and 60 fps but never 30 fps

and i tried 90 fps

traditional cartoons animation was often low fps. as low as 10 fps.
There is no point in making 24+ fps is your animating technique is less then perfect.
Not to mention the time required to make proper high fps animations

me personally like 15 fps it feels like a alternative to 24 fps
