Another review for Wick Editor (As an animation software, not coding software)

I know I’ve made a review before but whatever.

Wick Editor is just a really great software for beginners and professionals who just want to make animations without downloading or paying anything. The interface is perfection, not too simple, not too complicated, kind of similar to ToonSquid. It is a very good software to transition to, and it only takes a few days to be used to it. The community is also really kind compared to other animation communities, I think it’s one of the best! A problem I do have is that the software is pretty limited, there is only 1 brush, no parenting and only 3 eases to tween with. But the problem gets solved when you’re introduced to forks, but that is something I noticed.

8.5/10

fr a agree as someone whos been using the program for 6+ years
the brush looks fine with pressure sensitivity and smoothing turned down. my biggest nitpick is performance issues because once you hit a certain amount of frames the playback gets reallly laggy
wick is a great starter option and switching to flash/animate was no biggie at all since theyre both really similar in workflow, and also the forks are super good so if you cant/dont wanna switch to another program you can just use candlestick because it has almost all the features flash has
