Another video export problem

I have trouble exporting a video. I am trying to export a video with the default size as a 72x48 video. I just wanted to see a preview of it as a video but didn’t want to wait an hour for the video to export so I thought making the export resolution smaller would speed it up.

Anyway after it is done exporting I look at the video and the Windows program Movies & TV says the file format is not supported.

When I view it in Windows Media Player, it displays a music note instead of a video or a black screen. It has the sounds, but it stops after 10 seconds even though the time bar displays the actual length of the video.

When I view it in VLC Media Player it displays a weird image on the top left?

It doesn’t stop after 10 seconds though.

Here is the project file: pkhead-wk1.wick (2.1 MB)

Maybe try:

  • Opening the wick project
  • Go in the project preview window ( alt+enter )
  • Full screen mode ( f11, or another shortcut based on ur device )
  • Screen record your animation (faster than exporting it I guess)

I didn’t really try this method, so sorry if it doesn’t work. All I know is that it’s my plan b if export isn’t working
