I’d say give him some hair, but if you want him to stay bald i’d say give him some form of protection to go along with the head band.

okay maybe but he is wearing a cloke so how is he gonna show him muscles

when the cloak is damaged or reference it in an example of an enemy’s reaction to getting hit by him or the damage of the area they fighting in when he misses his attack another example is adding shock waves or fast wind, as well as large craters in the ground or wall when he hits them.

I think you need to work on proportions and hands, and maybe some clothing(no offense, just feedback), but I think you’ve got the head just right
