If your not using it for commercial purposes, it’s fine. If you are, probably not.

Sorry, we have answered this question already several times… When you use Mario, from Nintendo, in any of your games, you know already that you can’t publish that game. You might put that Mario game online, but you know that the game is not totally yours, since Mario is an IP from Nintendo. Nintendo can sue you if your game gets popular, and you can’t do anything about it… So why bother then?
With all that in mind… you may use Mario to make prototypes and get better in game development and so on, there is no problem in that. No-one can control that. The same applies to Flashy.
Here are the guidelines on using Flashy:

You can use your own character! What’s your OC? You can definitely use that in your game
What do you mean by share your game?
share it to wick forums
If you only want to share it with only the wick forums, then that’s okay too!
I don’t see any mayor problem with that. Unless you use it in a non respectful way.
