Can Wick Editor cause this problem?

So my laptop has a colour problem as shown below

Summary

Anyone made any cool Drawings?

Its quite unfortunate but I have noticed that when I stop using wick editor for a day or 2 It decreases a bit.

Here’s Info on my laptop:

By the way I has my laptop since about mid 2019.
.
.
.
So my question is, can Wick Editor cause problems for the apperance of my screen.

Keep in mind that when I stop using wick editor for awhile it decreases.

it could be a gpu problem, have you ever tried playing video games since you have this problem?

I tried rebooting the graphics card, but nothing works, however, I didn’t do it with an experienced consultant.

Yes, are there any specifications?

and do you think this could be related to a way wick editor handles colours and treats the GPU?
.
.
.
Also I forgot to add that I had this glitch for 6 to 8 months(I can’t remember exactly)

but i mean, when you play do you also have a graphic bug in the games?

do you mean within the game, or from my laptop?

when you play on your laptop inside a game

The Wick desktop app is not native, nor is it handling colors by itself. Try pressing Win + Ctrl + Shift + B when it gets funky to restart the GPU driver.

I have already tried rebooting it using that method and it doesn’t work.
Any other methods are there to use?

Oh, and I don’t use the app, I use the website created by @StickmanRed .

Are you talking about the graphics within the game?

yes, if you saw that the colors in video games became strange

Yes, my laptop is always glitching the colours, except when I open it, it somethimes doesn’t glitch in the first minute or two when opening it.

I think there is nothing you can do, since it is a laptop you can’t even change the GPU, and it’s a shame because that PC is still quite good even after 6 years, the last thing you can try is sending it to a computer shop to get it repaired

Alright, thanks for the suggetion, I’ll see what I can do about that.

Try running dxdiag on the run program thing.
It should look like:

censored drivers, but the notes might help.

If you’re confused, just do these steps to open it:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type dxdiag into the box
    a. The dxdiag program scans for issues with your DX drivers for audio, input and Display.
    b. DXDiag means DirectX Diagnostic Tool
    c. DirectX is the common windows platform for graphics, so it’s better to use the app to diagnose your driver.
  3. Click on Display
    a. It’ll show lots of useless stuff, you may want to check drivers.
    b. Use it to help understand a portion of your graphics issue.

Note: yes, i do have an RTX.

I searched the risks of telling personal info on each one, just in case, and telling your windows version was a potential risk.

I am confused, what should I be looking for?

The notes dialog.

It says; No problems found.

Maybe try looking up your GPU name, then try getting drivers that are better fit for newer Windows versions.
There’s also a Linux option if the GPU is too old.
