i downloaded the candlestick app for mac, with the most recent version. it has been working great so far, until now, where whenever i try to save it or export anything (html, zip, etc) it just doesnt do anything. it used to save things as Unknown in my downloads folder, but now, nothing. ive tried changing the apps permissions, but that didnt do anything. i cant save or export anything at the moment, help would be much appreciated. also, when using the web app, saving works fine.
I don’t use a Mac but whenever I have issues with Wick related tools - including LukeTools. I hard reset or flush via the console - localStorage.clear();
sessionStorage.clear();
window.location.reload();

there’s a known issue on mac that it doesn’t name files correctly. you can actually name the file from Unknown to something with a file extension, and it should work as expected. (for example, if you saved a project, give it a .wick extension). the data is all there, but the name isn’t. this will be fixed eventually.
no, no i knew that. i always renamed them to wick or html or whatever. its a bit annoying, but not too bad. right now the problem is that it doesnt save anything, not even an unknown.
oh hm, that’s weird then. is it saving to a different place other than your downloads folder by chance?
nah. i checked all my folders, and it simply isnt downloading im pretty sure.
