Changing colour

Hi all! I am brand new to Wick Editor; I’m used to an elderly version of Flash. What I want to know is - how do I make one coloured object morph into another object of a different colour?

For example, in Flash I can set a background of a sky changing colour by drawing a square around the canvas and setting it to blue. I then put in a tween, and a keyframe at the last frame. I click the object at the last frame and set the colour to deep blue. So it looks like a sky gradually getting darker.

Is there any way to do something like this in Wick Editor? How can you make an object gradually change colour?

I need to teach this to students tomorrow, but have no idea how to do it.

Thanks!

Copy the light blue sky into a lower layer, manually color it deep blue, tween the original sky from full opacity to 0 opacity (opacity slider on the right) so that it reveals the darker sky that was below it.

Here’s a general tween tutorial if you need it.
