My shift and ctrl keys aren’t working. For instance, when I try to use ctrl + z to undo, wick ignores the ctrl input and only recognizes the z input, selecting the zoom tool
So far I’ve tried clearing cookies and restarting. The browser I’m using is Firefox and I’m using windows.

Try turning CAPS LOCK off.
It worked for me, I asked for help for this in of the topics I have created.
its just wick editor being strange, i think you have to keep pressing it. Wick Editor hasnt been updated so things like this happen now
Tried with caps lock on and off but still no result.
Are you using website or app version?
Website is less buggy, so if you are using the app you may want to switch to the website.
If you mean you use Wick on firefox, try it on chrome.
Wick editor does not work well on firefox, that is your problem. try google crome or download wick editor

You have the app?! They’ve not released updates for so long, both the App Store and Google Play have de-listed it. It runs 1.17 I guess. We’re on 1.19.4. (since 2021)
