Does anyone know any workarounds to get past the boundries of the wick editor?

Ive been working on an animation for a week now and its around 1250 frames long, but the editor keeps freezing. Does anybody know how to combat this?

the best way is probably to split the animation in multiple projects. after you’re done with all the parts, you can export the videos separately and then string the videos together.

thanks bro

Tons of animated productions use this method for longer animations, especially Flash-animated ones, since they had a frame limit of 16,000 if I’m not mistaken. Here in Wick, however, there doesn’t seem to be a limit but like in Flash it’s generally advised to split it up.

Not sure why people don’t do it here but it’s interesting that someone brought it up.
