Editing wickObject do not apply on other copies

Has this bug been reported already?
No, though I’ve found similar issues on github, but I don’t know how related they are:

Describe the bug
I have added a wickObject to the Asset Library and add it to a few frames of Canvas. On one of them, I edit it timeline, but the change only applies to that object.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the bug, if you have them:

  1. Add wickObject to Asset Library
  2. Add it to several frames in the Canvas.
  3. On one of the objects, edit its timeline
  4. Compare the changes made on the object with another.

Expected behavior
I would expect the changes to be made on all wickObjects accordingly.

Computer Information

  • Browser: Firefox

I use Candlestick 1.0.2, which was the current version at the time of writing.

Do you have a suggested solution to this issue? (ex. has another program fixed this bug a certain way? Are you familiar with where in the code base someone would need to fix this issue?)
None so far.

Additional context Optional*
When I trash the wickObject in the Asset Store, all of them disappear, so I know they all have to be linked.

I also have the project with the replicated problem: Punching Quest(3).wick (1.2 MB)

This “error” cannot be fixed since the thing you’re talking about is a feature. Clips won’t be modified if you modify one of them. The same applies to WickObjs.
