Extending frames on the timeline

Using Wick Editor in Chrome 111.0.5563.64 on MacOS Monterey 12.5.1.

When extending a frame with the cursor, sometimes the cursor gets “stuck” and will not exit the select mode - it then puts a dotted line around everything. The Escape key does not help. The editor seems to continue to mostly function OK at first, but soon gets mixed up what is selected on the timeline. Only a Save, close tab, relaunch editor, open file works.

at that point just save the project and reload it

On many websites, releasing the mouse may not be properly registered, so try clicking again.
