i have an idea mabie Toria can be in the corner for the tutorial and when you press a button she goes to the next dialogue, BUT if you wait to long on the wasd she sais “why are you not doing anything? can you hear me?” and it leads to an alternate ending

i think when writing the dialogue, we should let the user who made the character write the dialog, so the dialog wouldn’t feel out of touch with the character.
also me and my character are different in terms of personality. and they have the same name.

anyway for the evil version of the character here is what i came up with:

the one i ended up with is the better-looking one
(for people who don’t know what i mean, it’s the cool-looking one)
(for people who don’t know what cool looks like, it’s the one with color)
(for people who can’t see color, it’s the rightmost one)
(for people who are still confused about left/right, it’s the one with four feet)

and then i’ll try to come up with the story of how pkhead got corrupted. it probably has to be better than the evil guy told him to come here and he walked to him and then he got corrupted.

Clone clip height, width, fillcolor issues

you are right quad2.scaleX=2; scale works and I can use it as workaround However in my project I already know the heights of the cloned clips and getting the scale factor involve a step further (let alone the approximation of the rounding) setting directly width, height… would be preferable.

But at least I figured out why this bug happened.

ooooh mabie the character was the last survivor and he helps you for the first chapter but then he gets caught in a cutscene between the 1st and 2nd chapter

Try to come up with something that makes no sense at all, something that makes you go WHAT THE, then make it make sense slowly, then add details and a backstory

ok mabie a at the begining of the battle the 2 characters do a little ready up animation and mine will be a peice of collored paper floating down that then folds up into a origami stick man that uses attacks that he folds up into another item like a sword or a gun and folds back. here ill make it

thats the evil version, the good version looks like this

its basicaly a paper stick man
the good ones attacks will be using scizors or tape to stick the oponent to the ground or cut them in half to limit their movement or attacks

i think the difference, i.e. the hair being spiky, isn’t very noticeable. at first i thought they were the exact same thing.
