Having trouble exporting mp4s

What Wick Editor Version are you using?
Using 1.19.3, on web Google.

Describe the Problem
Im having trouble exporting an mp4 of my animation (not interactable), as my os considers it “unreadable” and it just appears as an empty file. .wick files are unaffected and save perfectly.

What have you tried so far?
Changing the video resolution. I really dont know what to do more.

it also did not work for me so try recording a video of your animation and crop out some stuff.

wick is known to have weird encoding issues, but it’s pretty much always fixed by throwing it into a file converter. if you “convert” the exported mp4 into another mp4 via an online tool, from my experience it always fixes the glitch. (some file converters have weird artifacts so you may need to try a couple to get one that works. i think this one (https://www.freeconvert.com/mp4-converter) works well.) if you want, you can also send the wick file and i can try to help if the converter doesn’t…
