You can either get manually upgraded by an admin or you hang around in the forums until you are automatically upgraded.
I think if you speak with discobot and pass some lessons of how to use wick, it’ll teach you how to upload games and give you more trust (it shouldn’t take long, @discobot offers around 20 minutes of how to use wick or less).

Pick the advanced tutorial to have discobot help u (and allow u) with sharing games. By doing so, you’d be able to upload anything on the normal forums!
