i have found much tutorials but none work can you help me

If you’re a visual learner, you could learn a lot regarding stickman animating by watching several successful stickman animations on yt in slow motion.
I’d also recommend taking a look at the 12 principles of animations first, and see how cartoon animators imply these principles in their own creations.
An fps of 24+ is also recommended to increase smoothness (by default, your wick project is set to 12 fps)

A list of recommended stuff for effects:
- Use easing for tweens (ease out, ease in, etc)
- If your ONLY using tweens, use 30 - 60 fps rates.
