hm, i never did this, but i have a suggestion, make a lot of backgrounds spinning in 3D.

yeah but you could also do it in 2d and add the character doing the exact things you want it to do or follow how the background is spinning

still though I’m trying to find out how you animate with these models I’m not good at stuff without a lot of movement.

He uses lots of tweens. Although their version of said tech is not the best, you can use layers and (i have an idea! Some sort of marker tool that changes colors?)
