How to create a frame in between 2 frames

can someone tell me how do i make a frame in between 2 frames with a shortcut or with an easier way than moving the frames to the side

i dont think its possible (maybe with altering the FPS but idk)

@IntentParrot392, I think that besides moving the frames to the sides, there is not a better way.

theres no other way besides moving the frames to the side which is annoying if your a pose to pose animator.
