How to make a cut out animation styled character

1. draw the character on paper, make sure to draw every hand pose you think you will need and eyes
2. take a picture of the paper
   3.cut out the image using photopea
3. put the hands, arms, eye, any body part with multiple poses in a clip
4. now animate your character
