How to put onion skin in front of the frame you're on

I’m making an animation that has a stickman with a circle surrounding it and
when the circle is to close I can’t see what the stickman’s last frame was
so does anyone know how to put onion skin in front of the frame you’re on?

there should be a onion skin option on the bar that has the play button
