Please help me with how to create Wick-animation without any background and add that to other videos.
Demo on this would be really helpful.

So far, wick might not be capable of creating animations with a transparent background…
U could upload gif animations that make up the video when combined and doodle over it using Wick, or u could try finding an online video editor (there’s a ton of free online video editors).
unfortunately, you can have a transparent background but you can add a green screen and chrome key it out in a different video editor. :)
