How to set up a good collaboration space

For those of you looking for a collaboration space for your projects.
I have been working on a project collaboration template. It follows some principles I’ve worked with in the past in the TV commercial world, back when I had a remote production business that worked with people I employed in other states and countries. I decided this weekend it would make a good subject for another “Guff n Stuff” video. You basically set up a Google Site that runs it all.

It has a Rushes page for viewing the project’s latest iteration.

Drive Folders for allowing those who are helping access to assets, and a means to upload stuff.

A Library for sharing special sites and tutorials.

And a Schedule and task space where members can get an idea of where they fit in the current development. You can also add a calendar to save Google Meet times to.

All of this can be managed by only sharing inside a particular group — i.e. pre-ordained Google accounts.

I can organise a template for download for those who want to use it. You must have a Google account though.
