make sure it is an mp3 not any other type of audio type then try and if that doesn’t work then IDK

Only MP3, OGG and WAV are accepted. You can easily convert or switch which one is used in your recording app.

try renaming the extension at the end to mp3

iPads don’t show extensions or let you edit them (at least from my knowledge).

I believe he has to use a website to convert the file and import it.
