Did you check your email’s spam folder?
There’s a chance the confirmation link is in there.

Also, make sure it’s not the same email you’re using for your current account, because if it is then that mught be the issue.

You can check the current email(s) connected to your account from your account settings ( <- this link should only work for you)

I checked my spam folder. I tried adding an email to my account but it still won’t send me anything.
