Describe the Problem
when i press open my files won’t show up
What have you tried so far?
i have tried reset the site and opening the site on a new tab
Do you have a Wick Editor File that we can see? Optional*
If you are using the open button shown below and you want to upload images then you should instead use the asset library because this “open” button is for opening a project.
To add an image to the asset library you just click the button beside the plus and then you should be able to add your image into your project.
The file may have been saved as “filename” instead of “filename.wick,” ie with no extension. Manually add an extension. (If you’re trying to open a project)
if you want to add a file to your project then SomeoneElse’s method works.
