Can you share more information? Like, screenshots or something.
if you created your account via username/password, you should be able to use that just fine, and if you created it with something like google make sure you used that option when signing in. if you only tried one so far, try the other.
if you’re sure you put in your password correctly, i can’t really help beyond this because i can’t tamper with your login information. try opening an incognito/private window on the working computer and see if that works - if it does, it’s probably a chromebook problem.
@BaronAWC when I enter my user and password correctly it says incorrect password, username, or email or some thing like that
well i can’t really help with that, if you have a password manager maybe you can check what you’ve entered in the past, or just try other combinations of credentials.
