How old does an account have to be to attach files?

You need to be a “Basic User” to attach files, otherwise, you can use MediaFire.

About a month and 14 days late, but when you are 1 day old of being on the forums, then you can share files. And just like @noobfield said, you can use mediafire.com to share files. It’s free too!
