You know it’s possible to not follow this rule. For example, here’s a no letters at all reply:

Typing a reply here uses some html. To write a comment in html, you type "<!--", then add a comment, then close it with a ">

but i don’t think it matters

There should be no space between the dashes
ex: <!-- SOME TEXT HERE -->
