I‘m a chinese,I want to use the app but I cant understand it because its all Eglish.Is there a Chinese version？I hope you can help me

There is not a chinese version. If you just need this tool mostly for drawing, I think that with a little effort you will understand everything. Most of things are represented with icons.
There’s no Chinese version yet, but like @Jovanny said, the icons are simple thus you could learn how they work from the icons.

You can right Click on the right side of the wick editor and then you click on translate to Chinese
你可以右键点击灯芯编辑器的右侧，然后点击翻译成中文
