What you’re looking for is the tween button, it’s right over here inside the timeline:
For a quick run on how tweening works, you could watch this video:
^ the video uses an older version of Wick, though it should still work with the current wick version.

Yes there a plenty! I would recommend you checking out the YouTube tutorials and one of my old Projects. One example I can give you is for an simple walking animation:
- draw your character
- create a clip of it and Edit it
- when inside draw a simple walking animation of your character walking on the same spot
- Exit the clip and extend you Frame to create Keyframes on the start and end
- simply change the position of the object on one frame so that it’s different to a farther away
Now thanks to the animation you have created inside the object it should now appear like he is walking along the route that you have made through the key frames. This is a fun time saver to animate repetitive animations like this
