What Wick Editor Version are you using?
I am usin Wick Editor 1.19.3.
Describe the Problem
I do not know how to make health and dashing mechanics in my jsab game.
What have you tried so far?
using other wick games as coding reference, but other than that all i have is a menu.
Do you have a Wick Editor File that we can see? Optional*

the file still wont load tho
you’ll have to code in a space control that makes you dash. if you press space, it makes you move 2x your regular speed to the right. Inside the space if statement, put in the if statements for the regular controls. in the regular controls if statements except for right, make it dash 2x times regular speed in the direction and make it dash -2 times in right direction. don’t do any code for right.

;-;, coding is difficult but once you get to understand what code you wrote down means then you be set, unless you learn some new coding stuff.
Im not good at coding either but im improving by making my game
i mean, i know the basics, like gotoAndPlay (put frame number here) as well as keyboard controls.
the part that i cant figure out is how to add a healthbar as well as reset the game when player dies.
oh, well those two things are quite easy to do

im more better at animating
oh, I want to be better at animating but umm I mostly prefer coding

im hoping to make like series on how to animate for beginners, it will be like a daily post thing every week i guess if ur interested
