Laggy and keeps whitescreening

man

I’m surprised you’re using the desktop version (which is an offline version of the website, so just HTML and CSS)!

Trying this out on my machine, an MSI laptop with Windows 11 (Windows 11 is just Windows 10 with some eye candy and subtle tweaks, by the way), and this is what I’m getting:

So, did you try restarting the computer? Did you try reinstalling the app? Try those first, and if they don’t work, let us know.

well mobile apps are usually less advanced than desktop apps so i see where you’re coming from

i got same problem with my 5 sec long animation project and panicked!
so naturally i closed my app(offline version).
now my whole file is corrupt since my project wasn’t saved .
noob mistake :frowning:
also i’m using laptop version .
plz help me

Remember to save.

Seriously, that’s it. Draw a single stroke? Save. Got very far? Save as a new version, don’t save with the exact same filename. This is to prevent corruption from putting you back at zero. Save, save, save.

TL;DR, Ctrl + S is your best friend in Wick Editor.
