Spelling is important, and programming has it’s own benefits too, but can’t you learn both? Don’t spend too much time programming, only spend what you need. In other words, try to manage your time.

this is a bit irrelavent, but i’ll try pitch in anyway.
maybe start by getting Grammarly. it’s a chrome extension, and it’s probably also on firefox and other browsers, but i’m not sure. the basic plan is all anyone really needs to have reasonably good writing. it’ll try catch spelling and grammar errors. the purchasable plans aren’t very crucial for me, so it shouldn’t be a big deal for you.

the other thing is to… idk get your parents to be a bit more lenient. work hard on your spelling and in school. somehow prove your parents wrong. (i’m just throwing random ideas out.)
