A student of mine was trying to reopen a file, but the open button did not respond. She is working on an iPad. New, Export, and Save all worked.
Any thoughts?
The mobile editor version is new, so it currently has a lot of bugs

Until then, using the computer version is recommended
In this case, I’m curious if the student was trying to create their project on the App version, or the web version on iPad. I would recommend students use the web version on iPad first, but not sure where the error occurred!
The student was using the web version. I have not talked to my students about the download versions. I believe he is using Safari.
Hmm, this may be a safari issue then. There have been a few reported issues with safari. on iOS where downloads in particular are not reopenable. Would you be able to ask the student if they could download google chrome for their iPad for now? I will investigate!
I have tried to use Chrome in iPad, stills can’t open file or upload files.
My student is using iPad’s safari browser also and can’t open her project either. I hope installing the Chrome browser will work… The iPad WickEditor app didn’t allow me to open a saved project either.
Same here. I have two students using iPad with Safari and the web version of the Wick editor and the Open button is still not working. It happened that the Upload Asset button does not work also. Any suggestions or tips on that after a year?
