I had two students today that were trying to load sounds from the built-in assets, but it just spun like it wasn’t finished loading. The first student was working on a Mac and when he looked at the built-in sounds, they all showed a length of 0. Both students tried multiple times including restarting the editor and restarting the browser.
Any thoughts?

What platforms were these students using? Was this in the downloadable, or online editor? Were these students using safari, firefox, chrome or another browser?
The first student was using a Mac and safari. I’m not sure what platform or browser the second student was using, but both were on the web version.
Google chrome is recommended. I have had problems with Safari and the Editor in the past. Not sure how many of these problems have been fixed.
