When I work in wick editor 1.19 on my phone, (this happens in the mobile app and the website I believe, but I prefer the mobile website since it’s more stable), often my app/website screen randomly goes completely white I have to refresh the webpage or reload the app, and I lose most of my progress, even with autosave. Would this be able to be fixed? I haven’t done anything big, only test animations, but this would worry me when making a big animation. I use a Google Pixel 4a, if that helps.

If you’re able to provide a bit more information on when the white screen occurred, I might be able to pinpoint the bug a bit faster!
It seems to happen randomly. I was working on an animation to specifically test this out, and the same thing happened, but this time autosave recovered most of my progress. All i know is that it happens on the mobile web app and (from what i remember) the mobile app. maybe it has something to do with making and using clips? idk
Actually, I think I do know! It seems to mainly occur after playing a project for a while. I think this bug is also 1.19 specific, but I don’t know since mobile doesn’t work on anything under beta 1.19.
Yes the white screen happens to computer too. It happens at random points in time. Im doing projects for school and I can’t finish them.
It happened to me a few times. I don’t know about everyone else, but it only happens when I play an animation and then pause it. I just save before starting the animation.
I have this issue too. I have a good habit of saving though so at most it only sets me back a few minutes. Still very annoying though.
Ok, so on play then pause. This is actually indicating to me where the problem might lie. I’ll be taking a look into this today then.
This has happened to me a lot in 1.19, and it has lost me a lot of progress.
It happened just now, and out of nowhere.
Sometimes, it has happened when i press a lot the undo button.
But now, it happened by just going out of a clip.

Nope.
I lost it, and i really liked how it looked.
It was pretty simple tho, i think i can do it again.
maybe it autosaved on a new project?
Nope.
Clicked load and it loaded the same thing that loads when you click new.
strange cause that happened to me too once.
Just had this error with the white screen. I don’t know if I should refresh the page or not.
Refreshing makes you lose progress.
But if you haven’t saved you will lose it too.
Sooo, there’s no way to recover the project unless you had it saved (i think there’s no way, i don’t really know.)
I experienced the same white screen error earlier today
I recommend waiting 15 seconds, refresh the page, then load save. It may or may not load your project
