i dont know how to turn it off from a different layer
you could just make a frame’s length 2 on one layer, and then have the thing on another layer, and then make it to where you can press a key (like z or something), and then depending on which frame its on, that would determine whether the frame goes to the next frame or the previous one. however, the 2-framed frame would be longer than just one, so the one frame would be hidden, and the longer frame would just be there.
