Super low quality exports

does ANYONE know how to at least increase the quality of the exports? i’ve tried everything i can.

Basically from what i’ve seen at least, it only gets affected when i use images. (which is very bad because i use images for BGS)

and basically from my “research” i’ve seen that

MP4 export - WORST quality ever

GIF export - mid quality. still jumbles things up and speeds up the animation for some reason, takes a lot of time to export as well.

HTML export - best quality, no way to get it as a video, attempted to screen record but it messed up and had a long delay, also super laggy.

If anyone has any way to get the HTML exported/converted into a video, or even just boosting the quality, it’d be very appreciated

the only why i know is to go to settings and choose 1080hd.

does it actually work though.

yeah, it boosts the quality but i haven’t used it much

here’s an animation made using it.

it uses more storage though, I think 2.25 times as much

Maybe try exporting as an image sequence and converting it to mp4 elsewhere? There are a few websites that do that, probably at a higher quality than in-browser (I haven’t tested it yet)

Do you now any?

Not really, but I searched up “convert image sequence to video” and it looks like Adobe provides one for free

The MP3 Export feature is very low quality indeed… you can use FFMPEG to convert a folder into a video yourself! Websites do exist for FFMPEG usage online, but most have limitations. Here’s a online FFmpeg app.

Just to remember: FFmpeg is a multimedia powerhouse (like mitochondria) and it can convert videos, or even make a video from a file! In fact, FFmpeg is so difficult that helper websites exist!
