What does this checkbox do for your app?
It syncs the animation clip playback to the main timeline I guess. I would enable it when I wanted to start an animated clip’s animation somewhere in the middle when using the timeline and pressing play.

Good to know. I tried to play with it yesterday, but I couldn’t notice any obvious difference.
