So for the past 2 months I’ve been animating a movie for my youtube channel. (around maybe 1580 frames) I finally finished it today but when I went to export I opened it and it looked all corrupted. I went to my windows computer and it worked fine? I then uploaded it to my google drive and it also worked fine? I don’t really want to edit on windows because there’s not that many good free editors (and I’m not using windows movie maker) is this something you guys can fix? I’m thinking it might be because there’s freeze frames but either way that’s still a bug as well. So anyone who reads this please contact me back and tell me if you have this issue.
Could you expand more on this? I’m a mac user, and I have never have a problem exporting files and open them in multiple platforms…
I can try and get you a link to what the video looks like tomorrow
Hey @SpeedyIsRandom, sorry you’re having trouble. Sending over a sample of what the export looks like, and a link to the .wick file will make it way easier to solve the problem!
@Luxapodular I’m having issues getting what the export looks like because it only appears on my mac so if I upload the corrupt video to any mp4 to gif website it just crashes. I can get you the .wick though (it’s a google drive link) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OmxdtIW_wS4iJfPChhLmLacNYMKYYS0j/view?usp=sharing
First off, really cool animation!
I’ve also run into an issue while exporting your project on Mac. I was able to export it as a gif successfully. (I’ll send it to you in a DM).
I need to review the video exporter to see why this is happening (looks like it might be a memory problem! Bleh!).
Hopefully the gif is ok for now, and we can get this sorted soon!
Ok thanks!
