I have just exported videos with sound and the final video quality result doesn’t look that good.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums!
When exporting, click resolution settings, then custom, and set it to a higher quality like 1500x1000 or 3000x2000 for 3:2 anims, or 1920x1080 for 16:9

A suggestion would be to export the project into mp4 without audio, - Then use another software to add in the audio
- This might help since having audio in a project can cause exporting bugs
