Hi! I wanted to know if everyone is still using wickeditor.com/editor
, because not only is 1.19.4 available for testing, but there’s forks too!
Personally, i’m changing to StickManRed’s Fork, as it has the things i want, like cool tweens!

me to the fork is awsm
Sorry, i didn’t understand. I think you said that the fork is awesome or smth.
yes that is what i meant
What’s the difference between 1.19.3 and 1.19.4?
I tried 1.19.4 a few months back and it was the same
1.19.4 is a test and has a few more features like coding experiments.
i cannot figure out what the difference is, but i’ve just felt like there must be something improved so i use the test version all the time, just in case. (maybe it had something to do with fixing an issue with clones???)
What coding experiments? Because if your looking at the pop up when you load it it’s the same as 1.19.3
Too bad they didn’t say what they did :(
Hmmm… I ASKED AI BUT DID NOT WORK. (caps lock)
oh, ok. It was probably bug fixes
It’s mostly improvements with code.
The one major difference I know between the two versions is the hits function in 1.19.4 can be used between clips and subclips, meanwhile that’s something you can’t do in 1.19.3
To demonstrate, download this file:
SUBCLIP HITS TEST.wick (20.0 KB)
Then try running it in the normal editor, and then try it again in the test editor.
It’ll only work in the test editor since you can’t detect collision between clips and subclips in 1.19.3
It’s a small feature, but you’ll find it amazingly helpful when trying to create something like multiple hit boxes for a single game character.
That’s cool!!!
