Stuff like this is inevitable for sites like this that are built on the Discourse forum software, which have little to no 2FA. On top of this, there’s only, like, three moderators here. In fact, I’ve documented this before, but it seems that the post is gone. Weird.

its happened a few times already
I apologize for any inconveniences.
We have handled them for now but I can’t promise they won’t be back.
Something will need to change to prevent this from happening again and we’re working on it.
