Why should wick editor have it's own runtime environment

Old TOPIC SO PLEASE CLOSED THIS TOPIC.

  1. runtime environments are very underrated, and that would be kinda cool if runtime environment runs unique file extensions, and I miss flash
  2. I thought it would work to make non browser based apps
  3. I did not suggest this

also exporting html file would take a lot of ram, flash doesn’t do that

there are way too many of these topics about the runtime environment. since all the other topics have already been closed, keep everything in this topic, please, or I may decide just to close this and any new topics relating to this.

The only upside to this would be that things would run slightly better. Ultimately it’s not worth it. HTML5 canvas does everything wick strives to do and there is hardware acceleration in modern browsers. It’s just not worth it.
